OK, here’s the skinny:

• Exclusive Dance Event in Bolton (limited places)
• Event dates: Sat 6th & Sun 7th September ‘08 - attendance is for both days
• Bolton is very easy to get to from manchester and surrounding NW areas
• Event is 2-days of intensive learning with pros
• The event will focus on street but will incorporate other styles
• Teachers include Tim Noble (Kylie’s Choreographer)
• VERY Special Guests have been invited (more on that later)

Tickets are not on sale yet, but will sell out fast!

We will be emailing the members of stepup2dance before the tickets officially go on sale, so you get a chance to buy before the places sell out.

so you remember Melody pop was entered into the “Do the Lambrini” competition? (see post HERE)
well they didn’t win… but actually got something BETTER than winning - a glowing report on www.lambrini.co.uk! (if you visit, head to the Kirsty Doyle page)

The final decision, made by ’Project Catwalk’ winner Kirsty Doyle*, basically says that even though they were not the winners, the Melody Pop dancers were the favourites and if they need a dance troup to perform the lambrini then they’ll be in touch!!!

Melissa says it’s BETTER THAN WINNING the night out in London, as it proves that the Melody Pop dancers and routines are the best out there! (The lucky winners captured the ‘lambrini girls just wanna have fun’ ethos by having a pajama party and having a laugh! - well done to them, we wish we were there when they’d recorded it!)

The Melody Pop Dancers have also been selected to be PIT GIRLS for a particular car racing team (more info after deal is finalised) - what are pit girls? Think cheerleaders for racing car teams, and also think dance routines on SKY SPORTS!!

So along with those two reasons and also this sunday’s session with KYLIE’S CHOREOGRAPHER (Tim Noble) coming up, we’re more proud than ever to be Melody Pop - WINNERS ALL THE WAY!!

Hi, if Mel teaches you today (Monday 21st April), then unfortunately she has had to cancel lessons as she’s really not well.

We will contact you to rearrange your lesson.

All other lessons with other teachers remain unchanged.

well, waddya know..? a lovely new site!!

This is actually the second time I’ve made this site today, but because the first go crashed, I lost and entire day’s work!!

Never mind! How can I be angry when here we are celebrating all sorts of things, including our dancers getting to the final of a National competition!
