Ryan Neale was involved in a road-traffic accident in Thailand. He was on a moped, and even though he was wearing a helmet, his injuries were horiffic.

He was taken to hospital, where he was operated on, and it was confirmed he was in a coma.

Nobody could find his insurance details so everything had to be paid for by the family, including flying Ryan back tot he UK, which cost tens of thousands of pounds!
Homes were remortgaged and savings were donated to fund this.

Ryan is back in the UK now, and even though no longer in a coma, has still not woken up.

The hospital fees at the Thai hospital still need to be paid, and every day that Ryan is still unconscious, more money has to be found.
