Hi I am Michelle Lomax and am very excited to announce I will teaching Zumba Fitness every Monday from November 15th at Melody Pop Tuition, St Georges Road, Bolton, Lancs. www.melodypop.co.uk
I have been doing exercise and dance classes for my own leisure for some time now. The first time I ever saw the Zumba Fitness Live DVD I knew I was hooked.
I have since done my Zumba basics 1 training and am doing the Zumba Basics 2 training in October 2010 to learn more styles to bring to my classes.
Zumba is a fun way to get fit and maintain general fitness. All ability levels are welcome. I have loved preparing routines in preparation to teach and can’t wait to share the party.
Please email info@melodypop.co.uk for more information and to book your place as it is a first come first served basis
